Fixing Stub Born Animated Image

This problem goes to me.When I tried to upload a gif image in header my header became stubborn.I could not remove the image and replace the image.I searched why it was so.I finally found that Blogger Image Hosting site Picasa does not support A animated Gif.I was thinking I m so foul.Although I succeed to add animated image by.

• Removing Stubborn Header
• Uploading Header in Different Image Hosting site
• Re-Uploading animated gif image In Header through link

I.Removing Stub Born header.

What to do with that header which neither can be removed nor replaced.The answer is to completely remove it.To remove it follow steps.

1. Go to blogger.com(you will be redirected to Blogger Dashboard)
2. Click on design or template
3. Click on Edit Html
4. Do not tick on expand widget
5. Find the code below

   <b:widget id='Header1' locked='false' title='YourBlogTitle(Header)' type='Header'/>

6. Remove this line.For Easy Search <b:widget id='Header1'   and remove that line.
7. Click on save Template
8. Warning message may appear delete the widget
9. Go back to design or layout.
10. In Header Section click on Add A gadget
11. Scroll below the page you will see page header and add that.
12. Your new problem Free Header will be added.

II.Adding New Header with animated Gif.

If you want to Re-add your animated gif follow this.

1.Upload your header To Different Image Hosting site.

Upload your image in direct linking site like Photobucket.com.get a direct link.

2.RE-Uploading image In Header through link

1. Go to blogger.com you will be in blogger Dashboard.
2. Click on Design or layout.
3. Click on edit of header.
4. You will see the window like this.In the Image below you can see ‘From the Web.Paste an image URL below’
5. In that box enter you direct URL of the animated image.
6. Your header will be properly managed.You can remove if you don’t like the animated image as it will not be stubborn as previous.
